Evolve Digital makes no warranties or representations about the suitability or accuracy of the services provided. Clients use our services at their own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Evolve Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

These terms and the provision of services by Evolve Digital are governed by the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia.
